Privacy Policy

The short version

Find Me exists to help you and your partner reconnect — not to collect data about you. Your written responses are private by default, your partner only ever sees what you explicitly share, we never sell your data, we never use it to train AI, and you can delete everything yourself, anytime, from Settings.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, a display name, and your timezone.
• Onboarding answers: your relationship stage, preferred tone, goal, and any boundaries you set. These shape your experience and are never shown to your partner.
• Your responses: what you write during daily sessions and reflections, and your “Find Me” check-ins.
• Purchase records: if you buy the full journey, Stripe processes the payment. We store only a reference to the transaction — never your card details.

We deliberately collect no more than this: no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no analytics profiles of your relationship.

Who can see what you write

• Responses are private by default. Your partner sees a response only when you explicitly mark it as shared or save it to your couple journal.
• This rule is enforced inside our database itself (row-level security), not just in the app's interface.
• There are no public profiles, no feeds, and no social sharing.

What we never do with your data

• We never sell or rent your data.
• We never use your responses to train AI models.
• We never show your private responses to your partner.
• We never use your content for advertising.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all of your data — profile, every response (private and shared), and check-ins — from Settings → Delete your account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your partner keeps their own responses and journal entries; anything you wrote disappears for both of you. To request an export of your data first, contact support before deleting.

How we protect it

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies that enforce the visibility rules above at the database layer. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor.

Find Me is a relationship enrichment tool, not therapy or crisis support. If you feel unsafe, coerced, or threatened in your relationship, please seek support from a trusted professional or local crisis resource rather than this app.
